KDS Direct provides you with the option to either rent, purchase or select a Managed Document Solution tailored to your specific requirements:
Rental:
All hardware, accessories and additional product options can be rented simply by choosing the rent option on checkout. When choosing to rent, you will be directed to a rental credit application form which you will return to rental@kdsdirect.co.za once completed together with the supporting documentation listed.
Your application will be forwarded to our rental funding partners and once your application is approved (this can take up to 72 hours) we will contact you to have all of the rental contracts signed. Once this is completed, we will deliver and install the products.
Cash Purchase:
All products supplied by KDS Direct can be purchased either by making a secure on-line credit card payment utilising the secure Pay-U gateway or by making an EFT payment directly into the KDS Direct bank account simply by selecting the EFT payment option on check-out.
Managed Document Solution:
On a Managed Document Solution, the price of the hardware, software and all toner, spares, maintenance, call-out and labour charges are included in the MDS Agreement and you pay per Image produced on the device. As an MDS Agreement is a more complex option, it is difficult to purchase on-line so we will contact you to discuss your requirements in more detail and structure an MDS solution that works for you.
