Q?

What is meant by the recommended Monthly Images?

A.

All printers and multifunctional devices are designed to produce a maximum amount of images during there useful life. Once this amount has been reached, the device needs to be replaced. The recommended monthly volume has been determined by taking the manufacturers pre-determined lifetime of the machine and dividing it by 36 months. Should you make fewer images each month than the recommended monthly images then the device will last a longer period of time and similarly should you exceed the recommended monthly Images then the device will need to be replaced in a shorter period of time.
